Chile solar region eyeing green hydrogen
Chile’s sundrenched Tarapacá region – which has succeeded in generating 100% of power from renewables – wants to build a local green hydrogen industry.
Tarapacá, where solar plants account for 440MW of total installed capacity of 524MW, has some of the best solar resources in the world.
